At Seerat Jwellary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewelry, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and in original condition
- Includes all original packaging and documentation
- Not a custom or personalized item
- Not pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Not marked as final sale
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Custom-designed or personalized jewelry
- Pierced earrings
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions
- Carefully package your item with all original materials
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days. If your return is approved:
- You'll receive an email confirmation
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned but show signs of use or are missing original packaging. We will contact you before processing a partial refund.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
