Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)
International Shipping
- International Standard: 10-15 business days
- International Express: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - check our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Seerat Jwellary account.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most addresses in Canada and select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
International Orders
For international shipments, please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid customs issues
Packaging
All jewelry is carefully packaged in elegant, protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. High-value items are shipped with signature confirmation for added security.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately - we can only modify addresses before the order ships.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address
- Contact the carrier
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holiday periods and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for special occasions.
